About Me

Hello everyone,

I'm Kafrawy, but most people call me Kafro. I recently joined Couchsurfing, and my first experience here was incredibly amazing. I've been living in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for almost 7 years. I've traveled extensively around Malaysia, including places like Ipoh, Malacca, Johor, Port Dickson, Kuantan, Terengganu, and Penang. Along the way, I've made friends from diverse races and backgrounds, and I deeply respect everyone regardless of their religion or race.

I love to cook every day, especially when I'm excited to try a new recipe. I'm always happy to try new foods in big portions. I've explored a wide range of restaurants in KL, including many hidden gems and underrated spots. I enjoy chilling with jokes and sarcasm, talking, listening to real stories, comic moments, and embarrassing situations—all while sipping a long black Americano (no sugar). I never go a day without coffee.

My perfect weekend involves renting a car for a night cruise or visiting a cool spot with chilly weather, like Genting Highlands. I also enjoy various activities as KL offers countless options. Recently, I've been playing billiards almost four times a week. I'm a professional swimmer and have played water polo. My favorite way to relax is a slow freestyle swim during sunrise or watching the sunset after a 1.5-hour hike.

For Hosting:🏡

I don't mind hosting anyone, but I want to be clear about my place. It's a big room with one side full of windows, a wide bed, and a single mattress. The toilet is shared with two girls. My place is in the Cheras area, right above an MRT station, which takes about 13 minutes to reach KLCC or Bukit Bintang. The area has everything you need: food courts, convenience stores (Mynews, 7-Eleven, KK Mart), a hypermarket, fish store, billiards, snooker, etc.

I highly recommend hosting anyone arriving in Malaysia late or in need of a last-minute place to stay. I'm fine with sharing my room, as this is common in Malaysia, but it's entirely up to you. If my place isn't available, I'll do my best to find you a place to stay and assist with transportation. I'm familiar with all types of transportation, so feel free to reach out if you need any help.

Even if I'm unable to host you, we can still hang out. I'd be happy to show you around Kuala Lumpur and make fun plans for the weekend.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I love meeting new people and sharing experiences. Traveling has given me the chance to connect with amazing individuals from all over the world. Couchsurfing is a fantastic way to continue that journey, offering the opportunity to make new friends, learn about different cultures, and create unforgettable memories together. Whether it's hosting or being hosted, I enjoy the sense of community and adventure that comes with it.
