I live with my wife and daughter in Hamburg – and love hanging out with people who are on their way to something – or somewhere.

Having spent my 20ies and 30ies living in all kinds of places, I have now settled down in Hamburg und in the Lüneburg Heide.

My working live is quite diverse: writing, teaching, consulting for and in various companies.

I have also published some books and translated several Buddhist books.

So yes, I am also a practising buddhist – enabling myself and my fellow humans to have the most fantastic life possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

At the moment, just to meet people in the places I travel - to have a meaningful enjoyable time.

I love visiting modern art venues, dancing, hanging out in Cafes, reading or talking. We can exchange our views on life, philosophy, Europe and the world, and share a few good moments together.

And I love volleyball – beach or indoor, though fairly new to the sport :-)
