Hey everyone! 🌞

I'm Flora, a cheerful, positive and free-spirited Hungarian girl, and I'm currently spending my gap year after graduating from high school.

It's hard to introduce myself briefly, but maybe if I describe what I like, you can get to know me better.
The fact that I'm open, social, and friendly can perhaps be better summarized by saying that I really love people. It makes me happy to help others, to get to know and understand them, to connect with them. I love working in teams, communicating and talking, sharing experiences and life stories, meeting foreign people from different parts of the world.
Besides people, nature is also essential for my happiness. I feel truly at home outdoors, and I adore animals. I don't like living a fast-paced big city life long-term, but I'm absolutely in love with the silence of the forest. Whether it's walking in the park, going to the beach, hiking, water sports, or any outdoor activity, I'm in!
Movement is also my true passion; I've been regularly doing sports since childhood and have tried many different types. My favorites are strength training, horseback riding, hiking, and dancing, but I'm always happy to participate in team sports as well.
Besides these, I love being creative, whether it's handicrafts, creating art, making music, decorating, or coming up with new perspectives. I'm a big fan of self-improvement and spiritual development, and I always try to come up with new and crazy ideas to challenge myself and step out of my comfort zone.

I consider myself an enthusiastic and very adaptable person. I don't have high demands, and I can easily fall asleep anywhere, even on the ground - I've perfected this during my wild camping and hitchhiking travels! :D

Since I'm spending this year traveling, unfortunately I can't host at the moment, but when I return home or settle somewhere for a longer period, I would love to offer this opportunity to others. Additionally, I'm always up for meetups, so if you're in Hungary, or if we happen to be traveling to the same place, feel free to write to me!! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To share my experiences and joys with others during a trip, practice my English, step out of my comfort zone, and most importantly, to meet new, amazing people and learn from their cultures, experiences, and life stories...

And of course, to travel in a more low-budget way :)
