Hello! My name is Zam, and I am a professional chef from Mexico who has spent the last 2 years living in Peru. I love to travel, cook, learn about new techniques in my field, learning languages, and meeting people to exchange ideas. I'm on my way to obtaining a Masters degree in Food Science and would love to talk about it!

I love all kinds of music especially reggae or low fi to relax. For movies, I like comedies, thrillers, and romantic movies. I finally watched Shawshank Redemption this year and it is my new favorite. (I know I'm late!) I truly love cookbooks and books on nutrition.
