Hello, my name is Paula!

I am 18 years old and currently living in the Dominican Republic. Here are a few things about me:

Most of the time (except when the heat is too strong), I am a really active person. I enjoy all sorts of sports, especially hiking and swimming.

In addition to that, I really enjoy music. I played the double bass for eight years and basically grew up around jazz. When it comes to listening to music, I enjoy different genres: pop, rock, jazz, classical, and since living here, I've also come to love bachata and merengue.

Traveling and meeting new people is a big passion of mine, which is why I joined this app.

When visiting new places I think it is best to connect with local people. Through them you can truly get to know the place. Plus in conversations with them you learn a lot about the other culture.
