I am Carol, I am studying architecture, I was born in the beautiful city of Bogotá Colombia, but I always dreamed of doing an academic exchange in another country, that is why I decided to come to Seville Spain. I am into personal and intellectual growth. I like to be out of my comfort zone, enjoy new experiences, learn about other cultures, try international food, and traveling around the world.

I love life! enjoying the small things in life like riding a bike, having a good coffee with friends and conversations about life, dancing, singing, cooking, making new recipes, trying foods around the world, listening to podcasts about personal development. I also enjoy going on excursions in nature, camping, swimming, and admire global architecture.

Music, Movies, and Books

My home was very warm and happy, I grew up listening to salsa, vallenato, pop, merengue and llanera music, that's why I love listening to music and dancing to all kinds of music! I like romantic and drama genre movies, one of my favorite books is Miguel Strogoff, the Tsar's Courier by Jules Verne because it is a book full of the author's traveling and adventurous spirit.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling with my scout group when I was a teenager to the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, El Tayrona Park, Valledupar was an incredible trip where we were able to see wonderful places in Colombia
