Hey! I’m Raini Junaid (26)

I live for adventure — whether it’s scaling mountains, diving into the ocean, or exploring nature in all its forms. I’m passionate about swimming, freediving, slacklining, and highlining, and I love staying fit through outdoor activities. I run JugaadXtreme an adventure based company in Mumbai, where I design outdoor experiences like hiking, workshops on outdoor/backcountry navigation, including mapping & GPX. trekking, nature walks, boating, Shinrin-yoku (forest walks), and meditation to help people connect with nature in a meaningful way.

One of my biggest passions is working with orphanage kids in Mumbai. I teach them slacklining, helping them build confidence and balance, both literally and figuratively. It’s an experience that brings joy to both the kids and me!

In addition to my outdoor work, I’m trained in CPR and Wilderness First Aid Responders , and I teach these vital skills to ensure everyone is prepared for their outdoor adventures.

My background is in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, but the call of the outdoors led me down a different path. I’ve completed Basic, Advanced, and Search & Rescue mountaineering courses, and I’m a certified Wilderness First Responder through NOLS (USA). I also studied Exercise Science at the American College of Sports Medicine(ACSM), specializing in marathon training.

When I’m not in the mountains, beach or water, I’m either reading with a cup of coffee or hanging out with 4 legged friends. I also love cricket and enjoy sports in general.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

300 km Range Trek in 10days Across Sahayadri Mountain Range in India.

Travelled to Srilanka For 28days an adventurous trip with a backpack of 30kg my backpack had following things ; an inflatable boat with oars and pump , 2 tent , 2 sleeping bag, air mattress, camera gadgets , drone bag, hammock, tarp, snorkeling kit, tripod , dapostar, 4 potabel gas, stove, cooking set, mokka pot , vietnamese coffee , slackline, clothes and much more
