Hello! Here is my attempt to revive my couchsurfing habit of the past. I live in Budapest for 9-10 years now, but I haven't been a big city-person ever. Before I livd in Berlin for 2,5 years, and 9-10 years in the Netherlands, before that.
I had 10-10-10 years of doing different things fully: I started as a street-musician kid, travelling across Europe hitch-hiking, and singing on the frequented spots in cities, earning our family an income, and getting to know people, cultures and geography first hand.
Then I was a trained opera singer mainly based in the Netherlands and Germany, Poland. For the last 10 years I am an activist, politician and elected representative going into a second term in the local government of our district in Budapest.
I like to organize things, and experience the dynamics of communities.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I like to share and get to know stories of people / with people.
I have been couchsurfing when I lived in the Netherlands, and I found new motivation to revive this. Living in a bigger city is hard for me at times, as I can get isolated easily, even though living physically very close to people in a condominium. So I hope to have inspiring encounters with new people like this :)
