I’m 21 years old and currently studying bioengineering in Istanbul. I enjoy hiking, playing basketball and tennis, reading books, going to the theater, and more. My goal is to travel as much as I can before I turn 30.

Like everyone on Couchsurfing, I want to travel the world, and I truly want to embrace the cultures I visit. In my opinion, the best way to do that is by experiencing the lives of local people and hearing their stories.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all kinds of music except rap (although there are some exceptions) and modern pop. My favorite movie directors are David Lynch, Ingmar Bergman, and Stanley Kubrick. I love reading novels and short stories, but my favorite writers are Nietzsche, Sartre (sometimes :)), Hakan Günday, Arthur Rimbaud, and Goethe.
