Thanks to this app I was able to visit and live in multiple cities, including New Orleans for extended periods of time and met some very interesting individuals. My name is Marcos and now that I have my own place I want to turn it into a sanctuary for travelers. To make this quick I’m going to list certain characteristics about me that I think is important for you to know as well as some ground rules for staying with me.
I am very easy-going. I am transparent, and I practice honesty, so I expect nothing less from you. I do not condone nor do I like violence or disrespect of any kind, physical or verbal. I am a dog groomer, an artist, and a music enthusiast. I love listening to music, although the first two hours after getting home from work, I like to spend them in silence. I am a neat individual with a little bit of OCD when it comes to keeping my place clean. I also don’t fuck with bugs lol. My home is a judgment free zone so I do not care what you do or don’t do so please consult with me before doing anything in the house, like drug use of any kind. I accept all peoples however I will require to see your drivers license or identification to verify you prior to hosting. I only accept one female or a couple(no friends) at a time. I am new at hosting and I want to stay safe. I am armed and licensed to carry so if you have any type of weapons for the purpose of defense, I would like you to notify me, but please do not show me. I cook almost daily, so you are more than welcome to join me and I would like the company. Right now, I am only doing a maximum of three days of hosting. You are only allowed to take a shower once a day. And you are welcome to take a bath once per stay. I love going out, specially to bars and EDM events so you are more than welcome to come along with me. I am private about my life therefore, if you want to invite anyone over, you have to consult it with me first otherwise you will be kicked out. Again I live alone so please be conscious, respectful, organize about your wares, and clean up after yourself.
