Greetings from the road! I’m Lolo, a motorcyclist riding around the world from China. For me, travel is not just about the miles but about the people I meet along the way.

I love the outdoors, exploring new places, and sometimes making friends with animals I meet on the road. But what excites me most is sharing stories, exchanging ideas, and learning from different cultures.

As a guest, I’m respectful, independent, and happy to contribute — whether it’s cooking a meal, sharing my travel experiences, or simply enjoying good conversation.

I’m grateful for every person who opens their door to me, and I hope my journey will also bring something meaningful to those I meet. Maybe the road will lead me to your couch, and we can share a story or two!

I joined Couchsurfing because I believe real travel isn’t about visiting polished tourist spots—it’s about connecting with people and experiencing everyday life. Hosting and meeting locals lets us step out of a ‘Truman Show’ world and see life as it truly is.

The best thing I’ve ever done is hit the road on my motorcycle for a year-long journey around the world. I left my job behind, embraced the unknown, met amazing people, and experienced life in a way I’ll never forget.
