Hello, I'm jop!
I live in a small city, which is actually a fortified city. I still live with my parents at home, but I can still host people when I have time for it.

Right now I'm still in college for my degree in nursing. I will finish my college at the end of November 2025. After finishing college, I want to try to find a job outside of the Netherlands in a hospital or do charity work in Africa.

I have been travelling my entire life and have a dream of travelling to as many countries as I can. I have travelled by motorbike, caravan, backpacking, campervan and camping in a tent. I'm interested to learn about other ways of travelling. I would also love to learn about countries I haven't been to yet and hearing your stories about them.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people and learning about new cultures. I also love showing people around my small city.

Interests

I love socialising with people, and I love playing card games together. I have a Honda CB500X which I also use to do travelling trips with. I love sharing my interests with people and learning about other interests.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to Hardcore, which is a edm genre that's mainly listened in the Netherlands. I also like listening to a lot of different genres. I love to dance to music in a bar or club. (Or atleast I try 🙈)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Ghana through college, where I visited small villages, a local hospital and a small clinic. I gathered money for the small clinic, which hopefully helped them out.
