Hi! I’m Domie, Brazilian, born and raised in the vibrant heart of Rio de Janeiro. I’m passionate about telling stories, whether through videos, photography or writing. I work with content creation and digital marketing, but my true passion is to connect with different people and cultures around the world.

The carioca culture is full of life: we are known for our hospitality, for the beautiful beaches, for the music that packs our days (from samba to bossa nova), and for the art of enjoying the moment. I grew up between the noise of the waves, the heat of the sun and the light way of living that is so typical of Rio.

I love hiking, hidden cafes, good chats about life, sunsets and learning new perspectives. I’m always open to trying the local cuisine and, of course, I can teach you how to make a good caipirinha, dance a samba or even share a few words in Portuguese. I like to exchange, listen, learn - and take with me the stories I find along the way.

I would love to visit places with other travelers or hosts who like to walk without haste, share tips or even just chat about life.
