I'm a Social and Cultural Anthropologist, and I work as a Social Science teacher.
I have lots of hobbies—some of them are dancing, traveling, and trekking.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because of my friends. Some of them use the platform and have told me really funny stories. Now I want to live my own adventures and share them too. I also want to hear new people's stories. Everyone has so much to share, so I'm really excited about listening to it all while discovering new places. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
I'm very sensitive to music—any rhythm gets my body moving.
Lately, I’ve been listening mostly to salsa and rock, but I don’t like to box myself into genres. Show me music and you'll make me vibrate. ♫

Films:
It’s hard to choose just one favorite, but I always recommend Into the Wild (2007), Les Misérables (2012), and Inside Out (2015), so I guess they’re in my TOP. Nevetheless, I also enjoy independent and auteur cinema.

Books:
Lately, I’ve been into novels that entertain me, even if they’re not super deep. I’m really into dystopias—Unwind by Neal Shusterman (2007) really stuck with me. That said, I’ve always loved poetry; my classics include Whitman and Thoreau.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm getting into solo travel (which never really ends up being solo, since you meet so many people along the way). My last adventure was a trip through Brazil and I'm currently traveling around the United States with a car! 🌍
