Hi, I’m Nilüfer — a sea and nature enthusiast, swimming coach, and a traveler passionate about exploring world cultures.

I graduated from Gazi University with a degree in Sports Management and later completed my master’s studies at the Institute of Educational Sciences. After gaining experience in various areas of sport, I specialized in swimming coaching and have served as a certified swimming referee in numerous official competitions.

I have also worked in the tourism sector as a spa coordinator and manager, where I actively engaged in business networking and organizational development. In 2015, I founded the brand “Aqua Balance,” bringing together my vision for personal growth, health, and sport under one identity.

I have successfully completed open water swimming races in both the Istanbul and Çanakkale straits, achieving my personal best time of 56 minutes in a 6.5 km course. I also provide performance training for candidates preparing for physical education and sports school entrance exams, as well as for those applying to special forces units in the military.

With a passion for discovering young talent and supporting the development of healthy individuals, I continue to organize free seminars and training programs in swimming and sport through my platform “Aqua Balance.”
