I’m dr Belal shaikh which means in Arabic moon 🌙 or victorious or water —I can’t say that I belong from one single country but rather from multiple countries I was born in India grew up in Ukraine 🇺🇦 and Armenia 🇦🇲 with family roots in the UAE, Over the years, I’ve lived, studied, or traveled across Switzerland, France, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and most of Europe. I’m passionate about cultures, languages, and meeting people from all walks of life.

I speak around 14 languages, love sharing travel stories, and believe in genuine human connection. I’m respectful, clean, adaptable, and always happy to help out or bring good vibes to any home I’m welcomed into.

genuinely enjoy learning from people and sharing knowledge in return. Languages are a big part of my life — I speak around 14 languages at different levels, and I’d be happy to teach you some basics (or more!) in Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, and a few other Asian and European languages. I also enjoy exchanging tips on how to learn languages realistically, especially while living abroad.

Having grown up and lived between India, Ukraine, Portugal, and the UAE, I naturally love cultural exchange. I’m always happy to talk about cultural differences, everyday life in different countries, healthcare and public health perspectives, travel mistakes I’ve made (and learned from 😄), and practical travel tips that you won’t always find online.

At the same time, I’m very eager to learn from you. Whether it’s local customs, traditional food, a family recipe, music you grew up with, or a personal life story — I truly believe everyone has something valuable to teach, and I enjoy listening and understanding different viewpoints.

I’d love to share good conversations, a relaxed walk around the city, discovering hidden spots, listening to music from different parts of the world, or exchanging ideas over tea or coffee. I can also help with travel planning, itineraries, or language practice if you’re interested.

Wherever I stay, I try to be helpful and respectful — I’m happy to help with cooking, cleaning, organising, or daily routines. I value calm, kindness, and mutual respect, and I always aim to bring a positive, easy-going vibe rather than just “passing through.”
