About Me

I consider myself a conscious traveler, lifelong learner, and nature lover from Costa Rica 🇨🇷

I’ve been traveling slowly through different parts of the world, combining work, exploration, and inner growth. I’m deeply interested in health, movement, spirituality, and how culture shapes the way we live, eat, love, and relate to our bodies and the Earth.

I work online and am currently building a holistic project focused on women’s health, cyclical living, and hormonal balance. Travel for me is not about ticking boxes, but about connection — with places, people, and myself.

I enjoy meaningful conversations, long walks, hiking, journaling, yoga, meditation, good food, and quiet mornings. I don’t drink much, don’t party hard, and I truly value respectful, peaceful, and heart-centered environments.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe travel is about human connection, not just accommodation.
Couchsurfing allows me to experience places through the people who live there, and to create small but meaningful exchanges that stay in the heart long after the trip ends.

If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC
I love music that supports presence and emotion — world music, soft electronic, acoustic, Latin, mantras, and healing frequencies. I often listen to music while journaling, working, or slowing down after a long day.

MOVIES
I enjoy films and documentaries about human stories, nature, consciousness, travel, and inner transformation. I’m more into meaningful, inspiring content than fast or violent movies.

BOOKS
Personal growth, spirituality, women’s health, psychology, and conscious living. I love books that help me understand myself, others, and life more deeply.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had the courage to completely redesign my life — changing my lifestyle, healing my health, and choosing a path aligned with my values.
Traveling the world slowly while building a meaningful project from the heart has been one of my greatest acts of self-trust.
hike the highest mountain in CR 4 times, Tongariro, Acatenango, Flitz roy, canyoneering camping in Algonquin, and so many other adventure but I keep the people, food, I meet on the route, the place wouldn't be so amazing with the amazing people

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach / share:
– Costa Rican culture and slow living
– Holistic health, cyclical living, and body awareness
– Simple meditation, journaling, or grounding practices
– Deep listening and meaningful conversation

I’d love to learn:
– Local culture, food, and traditions
– New ways of seeing life and relationships
– Practical skills, languages, and everyday wisdom from different cultures

I enjoy sharing:
Meals, walks, conversations, silence, laughter, and presence.

What I Can Share with Hosts

As a guest, I’m clean, respectful, independent, and grateful.
I’m happy to adapt to your house rules, help around when needed, and share meals(I really enjoy cooking and sharing time around meals) or conversations if you’re open to it — and I also fully respect personal space.

I love learning from locals, listening to stories, and exchanging perspectives. I’m the kind of guest who leaves your space at least as nice as I found it (usually nicer).

I can share deep and inspiring conversations, knowledge about Costa Rica, slow travel, and holistic health, gentle movement or meditation practices (if you’re curious), and respect, openness, and genuine appreciation
