Hi, I'm Tara – a 25-year-old from Slovenia!

I'm a passionate and curious person with way too many hobbies – my days are never long enough! Music plays a huge part in my life. I work as a professional bassoonist at the Croatian National Theatre Ivan pl. Zajc in Rijeka, and I truly love what I do.

I absolutely love cooking and baking – maybe a bit too much sometimes! That’s probably why it doesn’t always look like I’m also really into sports. 😂
When the weather is nice, you’ll find me cycling, running, rollerblading, swimming, or hiking. And when it's cold, I love skiing and snowy hikes just as much.

I also enjoy animals, deep conversations, and getting to know people from different backgrounds.

Music, Movies, and Books

Classical music is a big part of my daily life, but when I have some time off, you'll catch me listening to rock, a bit of pop, or even some house music. And sometimes… silence is the best soundtrack. It's hard to pick a favorite song – there’s just too much good music out there!

I'm also an avid reader, although I don't have one favorite book. If I had to pick, I’d say the A Court of Thorns and Roses series and the Fourth Wing series have really stuck with me recently. My favorite movie is Little Women (2019) – I just love its atmosphere, characters, and timeless message.
