I’m Idan :) Based in Tel Aviv, right by the beach.
This is my first time here 🫶🏼

These days I work in tech as organizational development consultant , and before that I spent more than 7 years in informal education with teens from all over the globe

I’m a curious, friendly, and thoughtful person who enjoys meaningful conversations, beautiful walks, and discovering places beyond the obvious.

I travel quite a lot around the world, but this is my first long solo trip. I’m trying to experience places in a more real and personal way - through people, local neighborhoods, hidden gems, and unexpected moments. For me, that’s usually where the magic is.

I also really enjoy cooking and baking, and I like to think I’m witty when needed.

Probably this trip. I’ve traveled a lot before, but choosing to go on my first long solo trip feels like a real step outside my comfort zone - and I’m pretty proud of that.

I love getting to know places through people - whether they’re locals or fellow travelers. For me, meeting new people, hearing their stories, and learning how they see life is one of the most meaningful parts of traveling.

I can offer good conversation, warmth, curiosity, and something tasty from the Jewish- Yemenite kitchen.

And if you ever find yourself in Tel Aviv, I’d be happy to return the kindness - I even have a great guest room ;)
