ABOUT ME

I´m friendly, relaxed and easy to get on with. I guess I´m an outdoor type at heart - I love climbing, walking and being in the countryside. But I live in a big city and love that too. I´m an (amateur) musician, I play drum kit, guitar and trumpet. I really enjoy meeting new people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I really believe in contributing if you stay with someone - cooking for them, doing the washing up, or helping out in some other way. And of course the social exchanges and communication made possible by couchsurfing are amazing - I feel I can contribute this way too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed in San Francisco for the first time in 2006 - amazing. Stayed with a really great guy and had a fantastic time. Then in 2010 I couchsurfed again in Madrid. That time even better, I had the best stay and and made friends and connections which I still have to this day. Then I surfed several times in Geneva, and had equally lovely experiences throughout. Getting to meet new people and share new things is what travelling is all about. I think its an amazing organisation.
