ABOUT ME

We are teachers, movers and shakers. We love our community here in Regina, but we also get the travelling itch from time to time. We loved our two years living and teaching in Spain and we have had some great travels around Canada since we got back. Now we are developing appreciation for "staycations" and discovering what's right in our back yard. We also have a baby on the way! We will resume hosting once we figure out what it's like to be parents.

PHILOSOPHY

We make sure that we have plenty of 'food for the soul'.

We host, and have been hosted, attend some community events and share information and skills when we can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have enjoyed couchsurfing and have had some great couchsurfers stay with us.

兴趣

Dennie: Biking, beekeeping, cooking, gardening, theme parties, live music events, dancing, reading...

Kristopher: I like most of the same things that Dennie does, though my affinity for cooking and reading is slightly less and my affinity for drinking slightly more.

We are both getting more and more addicted to adreneline sports. Rafting, canyoning, tobogganing (that counts, right?)

Dennie reads everything all the time. She hates violent movies. We both like music festivals a lot. Kris has crazy legs that take over and make him dance when he hears good music.

What could we teach you? Hmm...maybe Dennie could show you how to hoola hoop, embroider, or bake a good lasagna. Kris might teach you some sweet new dance moves. He's also good at geography. Dennie is an urban beekeeper and will talk your ear off if you ask about bees. What would we like to learn? Anything!
