Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently i am travelling so participate as a couch surfer who hopes to meet new people and learn from them directly how a place/city functions from a locals perspective as opposed to from a tourists eye. Couch surfing allows you to burst the bubble that confines you to the tourist scene and really experience how a specific section of culture works within a location. I hope to share my experiences and return the hospitality once i return home.

First CouchSurf in Vancouver, BC - amazing introduction to the CouchSurfing network!
Dawson City, Yukon Canada for diversity, all round laughs and giggles, awesome sense of community and getting to know half the town in one evening.
Crazy fun times in Edmonton, Alberta listening to/dancing to learning the blues and playing songs all night!
