ABOUT ME
Semi-nomadic ecologist/conservationist/food justice advocate/ukulele player/ drinker of tea. I like many things and many of those things involve fruit. Have just spent six months in the middle of nowhere (seriously) playing (working?) with numbats and bilbies and other endangered Australian animals. Interested in working towards integrating biodiversity conservation, food production, and social change... am still experimenting to figure out exactly what that means. Oh and I like bicycles a lot.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once saw a river start flowing after a drought. I stood on a rock and watched it swallowed up under my feet as the water rose. Saw all the insects and spiders surprised out from under the rocks. followed the trickling water for about and hour and wanted to keep following it all day.
Teach, Learn, Share
Ah there is so much I want to learn- anything to do with growing and making things from scratch- horticulture, permaculture, preserving, fermented foods, things about health and nutrition, building techniques, woodwork, biodynamics... Also musical and artistic inspiration and techniques, yoga, martial arts... Different ways of thinking, teaching, being...
I can teach some ukulele or guitar, jews harp, rounds... Share some of my random recipes (vegetarian sometimes vegan).. yoghurt making, sewing and embroidery, basic bike maintenance, bird identification, snippets about plants and food and ecology...
