I love to travel, every new place I visit leaves a huge imprint on my life, connecting with people and sharing a moment, energy, smiles, giving and receiving, walking with no final plan, learning to speak different languages and access different ways of seeing the world, cooking.... tasting different flavours, using different techniques..learning to be flexible in body and mind, stop the fixed way of seeing things, looking at things from two sides....appreciation for life and how lucky I am and how lucky we all are to get the chance to actually live, breathe and grow.

My parents brought me up in a funny restaurant, i had to learn to smell and taste everything from the age of zero so i can say my cooking skills are up to scratch and i love being cooked for or cooking for people, its a great opportunity to learn...everyone has to eat afterall :D Hmm better add that im vegetarian :P So anyone who wants to share cooking skills with me is always welcome.

I've been doing yoga pretty intensively for the last year and hope to keep pushing forwards, the benefits have no end, strengthening body and soul and smiling alot more, would love to share the little I have learned in the yoga world....:)
