About Me
CURRENT MISSION
current mission: uhhh...
ABOUT ME
I'm sometimes introspective but mostly extroverted, social, and I like to hang out with lots of different people. Often just a bit too slow to be called 'quick witted,' I'm eager to please, easily entertained, a scorpio (for what it's worth), love the beach, going out, staying in, making friends with good people.
PHILOSOPHY
I don't know enough to presume that what I do know is the end all truth, and I haven't met anyone else yet who does either, no matter what they might say.
Everything is a process of betterment and growth. I welcome all kinds of debate and discussion on the issues of religion and politics, bearing the thought in mind that no one really ever changes any one else's opinions on these subjects, anyway.
Interests
Just about anything can capture my attention, but the things that have stuck are music (I'm a DJ), film and writing (I'm a writer and hope to make good movies someday) and art (I like to draw, paint, sculpt). But I'm into alot of other things too, mostly from a spectator/admirer's perspective. Sports, history, politics, and so on and so forth. Anything to keep the wheels turning, ya know?

Music, Movies, and Books
A few with my personal seal of approval:
'Palace Walk' by Naguib Mafouz, a book about family life in Cairo just after WWI.
'Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys' music that makes you wish you were at a cake walk in a barn in Texas.
'Juliette of the Spirits' by Fellini, one of those movies that makes you feel alive, and like you're a part of something larger than yourself.
The photography of Nat'l geographic Photo-journalist Tom Abercrombie, one of those guys who can get along with anyone from any culture, even if he doesn't know the language. An inspiration to any traveller.
And lastly, dark, funky, warehouse-rave style bass thumping soul shaking ELECTRO, my bread and butter.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'll never forget the day I took a ferry ride in Interlakken, Switzerland. One of the most beautiful places in the world, on a perfect day, with a good friend. Highly recommended. Let the place swallow you up in it's glory.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach someone how to spin records, edit videos, correct their english essays, or learn english.
I wouldn't mind bettering my French or German, or learning a new language for that matter.
I'd also like to learn how to cook some good meals. I'm not a great chef, but I can grill some mean 'beer can chicken'.
