About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Survive Bucharest's Summer Heat

ABOUT ME

Let's see....six foot four (almost 2 meters), brown hair, blue or green eyes depending on the light..etc. etc...I grew up in Indiana and went to school for far too long. After school I joined the Peace Corps to see the world and help others.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is short, don't be selfish.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Been a surfer and hosted...I have learned lots in the process

Interests

I love reading and I love to cook. While I am not the greatest cook, I love trying new things...if one meal turns out crappy, oh well, there's another one coming in a few short hours!
I also love to travel...the only thing that holds me back from being on the road, in the air, or on the water is the aspect of limited vacation days from work.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've studied a ton about philanthropy, NGO's, and non-profit organizations throughout the world as well as experienced various cutlural and international approaches to them...it's a shared human characteristic to want to help others, we just all do it in different ways and at different levels.
