About Me

Meeting open and friendly people is a major key in life. I learned that somewhere on the road;) Being low-maintenance and happy with the small things given. I have CS'ed frequently and have only had fantastic experiences both hosting and staying over. Everyone I met through couchsurfing remained friends. How cool is it to always be able to knock on a friend's door, anywhere in the world?!

I am a social worker and guitar teacher. Have lived in both South Africa and Switzerland a couple of years. I enjoy concerts, hiking, yoga, an occasional party here and there, literature (I read American classics regularly) and composing music with my bands (drums and guitar) I enjoy the small things:) Meeting international people being part of it!
People find me quite self-sufficient, meaning, I don’t need much, and am easily happy and even a small conversation can brighten the day. I think sharing is extremely important in life, we are all in this together.

Couchsurfing is not a dating site! I do not use this place to meet people like that.
Requests concerning temp./permanent housing/room (sub)letting I have to decline. CS is not meant for that.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am planning a trip through Europe this summer/fall 2018. Looking forward to meet you!
