About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Survive my first winter in Boston

PHILOSOPHY

Be true to yourself! We all have to make a living and plan for the future BUT don't ever ignore that inner child that wants to explore & try new things. Constantly remind yourself how easy it is to get bogged down with the mundane (work, bills, consumerism, etc.).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted couchsurfers, CS gatherings and attended CS gatherings in New York City, Washington, D.C., Boston, Milan, Munich & Mexico City and surfed with some amazing people.

Interests

Sailing, backpacking, snorkeling, hiking, cultural activities (such as opera, shows, musical events), reading, staying fit, yoga, dining out with friends & meeting new people. I'm an opera, contemporary dance and classical music fan. I always make attending a cultural event in the country I visit a priority. It's a great way to really get into the culture of a city. My current goal is to see a performance at all of the great opera houses of the world (see "Opera houses I've visited" folder in photos).
