ABOUT ME

Travel, travel and travel. And taking the path less travelled in order to have a new and exciting experience to remember! How else would I have ended up dressed as Ophelia at Shakespeare's Globe theatre in London? Or hanging out with Tommy Lee and his band in Brisbane? Or taking a chance with Couchsurfing? :)

I love the best of both worlds.
While I am energetic, social and enjoy going out, I enjoy quieter time to focus and take everything in....

I am well read and have an ability to retain lots of useful (and useless) information.
I love to eat and drink and dance and laugh and hug and get my breath taken away by this beautiful world we live in :)

I am a loyal friend and positive person to be around.
I am a Capricorn!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was intro'd to CS in Italy by fellow Aussies while on travels in Oct 06....
It wasn't until arriving in Washington DC in Dec 07 that I was hosted by the wonderful Gil and Nancy, who were amazing to me!
From there, I was active in the New York CS social scene, making lots of friends and attending some great nights and parties!
I have been looked after exceptionally well in Miami via CS, and as for Europe in 2008......I can't wait!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In Dec 2007, Gil and Nancy from Washington DC were my first hosts...and they were GREAT!

I had the most amazing New Years Eve ever with a bunch of CSers galavanting in New York City! Memories I won't ever forget...

And Joaquin showed me the best of Miami, Florida in Jan 08!

Sun, laughter, dancing, history/art (I am crazy about Modern Art, Impressionism and the Renaissance Period!), music/performance (Do you like Britpop and Bowie?), different cultures, food and wine (trying new things is one of my favourite things to do), cooking (how I miss it while traveling), the ocean, smiles, city life, watching sports.... and my friends and family ARE my life.
