Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live again in another culture, to become fluent in French, to have time and space to explore, learn, and breathe
ABOUT ME
I love tea, traveling, books, new socks, new people, languages, being outside, building things, making things, cooking without recipes, and spontaneous adventures.
PHILOSOPHY
"There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique...you have to keep open and aware directly to the urges that motivate you. Keep the channel open..there is no satisfaction whatever at any time. There is only a queer, divine dissatisfaction, a blessed unrest that keeps us marching and makes us more alive than any other."

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have felt more at home on a strangers floor, in a strange country, speaking (or not) a strange language, than I have often felt in my home country. A sense of belonging beyond familiarity, what could be more amazing than that?
Teach, Learn, Share
Making contact with strangers, especially in this fashion, will raise your opinion of humanity and make you fall into heady love with the wonderfulness of the world.
