About Me
I really need to update this text... but until I do, this three year old description will have to do:
"I'm the unholy love child of a bohemian and a gentleman. Sloppy but happy and charming enough to make up for it (I hope). Quite easy going and easy to deal with.

PHILOSOPHY
short version: liberal marxist utilitarian (with a touch of taoism)
rant version: Well, uhm. I really believe in philosophy. Trough rational thought processes philosophy spawns moral. Your personal moral should guide all actions. If your actions and moral guidelines don't match you often get guilt (or you're kind of lying to yourself).
So, what is my personal philosophy.. hmm, I'm kind of lost you know. But..
All individuals are equal. The interests of all individuals should be given equal value. All major decisions in society should be taken at these guidelines.
Democracy is not "the dictatorship of the majority". It is a society based on a rational and philosophical foundation. Personal interests and subjective thoughts should not interfere on these principles.
All should be encouraged to live in whatever style or fashion they choose (prejudices and the norm of society often punish or discourage "odd" people).
You only have one life, no incarnation, heaven/hell or afterlife. When you're dead you're dead, so make the most out of it. On a personal plane, all that matters is a long term happiness. Thus, what we, the human race, should strive for is the maximum long term happiness for the maximum amount of people.
Or something like that."
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've surfed some couches and had a couple of couchsurfers.
I must admit my couchsurfing began as a way to dodge hostel-bills, but it's really a great way of meeting new people and I've grown more and more fond of that!
We had some great meetings with the Gävle CS group while it was active. I participate in CS activities and meetings from time to time.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Don't know what to say. Read my references below. I have not met one person through couchsurfing I wish I had not met. That's a good thing, right?
