About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Survival

ABOUT ME

Usually I am rather reserved and a tad shy. I long for dirt roads and fresh air; farm fresh foods and pure water. I am sick of cities and their never ending light. Night should be dark and the stars should be visible. One day, I will be able to walk more than twenty feet and not encounter concrete. Until then, I'll enjoy the ethnic food that city life provides. That is my favorite part of urban living. Many cultures within close quarters. It can be beautiful.

Then again, sometimes, I just want to be a Teenage Mutant Ninja. Turtle.

PHILOSOPHY

Smile, jump, eat, yell, enjoy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I try to be helpful any way possible. I have taken several people out and crashed with a few surfers. I would like to do more and will.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Positively wonderful! Everyone that I have met has been great. There have been some eccentrics but that's not always a bad thing. I have crashed with a few people and taken a few others out.

Interests

Eating. I think eating local staples is a vital part in indulging oneself in the culture of where ever you may be. I like getting to know people and having intimate conversations rather than mingling. Although, I am not very good at initiating them. I don't want to be a tourists. I want to travel.

Music, Movies, and Books

I can't even fathom making any kind of comprehensive lists for this. I both like and dislike too many things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have lived in this world. I have walked through forests. I have swam in the ocean. I have seen giant buildings that touch the clouds. I have crawled through caves. I have walked up mountains. I have communicated with people who don't speak the same language and had an understanding. I have experienced the practices of a few religions.
This world holds so much. I have only tasted a little and I want more.

Teach, Learn, Share
