I am an energetic and opinionated 26 year old with a penchant for all things italian. i studied art a firenze and have been in love with italy ever since. my friends call me "marthica", a combination of neurotic "monica" from the tv show "Friends" and Martha Stewart, who can turn a hairdryer into a fine table setting for 10,. i love art and language and taking photos of people kissing, then having them give me bad looks. i am passionate about natural medicine and determined to expose the myths about the drug companies in america,.

i have just discovered the CS project, and my first act of participation and experimentation was to couch surf in italia while i traveled for three months...it was fantastico!
