About Me
ABOUT ME
I studied ESL and Spanish at Salisbury University. I'd like to travel to and live in the Andes Mountain region.
I spend most of my free time homebrewing, gardening, cooking and running. Member of a CSA (our farm grows the best damn food around!).
I'm currently studying Brewing Science at the American Brewers Guild in Middlebury, VT.
I work at Evolution Craft Brewing in the Tasting Room and am a contractor for a nonprofit called Migrant Clinicians Network. We work to improve health justice for migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their families.
Did I mention homebrewing?
I live above an art studio/ retail store/ cafe with my girlfriend in a small - medium sized town on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
PHILOSOPHY
Donde hay vino, bebemos vino;
Donde no hay vino, bebemos agua fresca.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The coastline in Ecuador is a memory that always seems to be in the forefront of my mind when I think about traveling. I also fell in love with the small rural mountain town Saraguro. I'd like to return to the rural Andes villages and make beer and learn the language, Quechua.
