About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Planning great summer holiday for sure...eheheh

ABOUT ME

Once upon a time in the frogs country ... ZZZZzzzzzzz
Actually nothing better than making you own opinion of course but friends would say that I'm always smiling at life, teasing people I like, giggling most of time , sometimes completely nuts, sometimes completely quiet, there's just no rule for that. For the details, I just let you have a look at how people see me .. much more objective and no bad surprise !

More generally speaking, my permanent mission is to start again several lives in several countries with my man. Am I too romantic ?? ..naïve ??

And the second one, which seems much more unlikely to happen, is to slow down my Chocolate-Addiction (with a capital C and capital A ): the best medicine ever !
I just bless the south-american ground every single day for this gift ;-P
Come on, let's make chocolate the worldwilde single currency and forget about dollar, euro and all stuff, will you ?!

And for the rest, feel free, you couchsurfer, to complete this description ! I may find out interesting things about myself ;-)

PHILOSOPHY

R.E.S.P.E.C.T by the philosopher Aretha Franklin !

have you read her books ??!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Taking part of CS is for me not about getting thousands of new acquaintances and references but a strong belief in a possible further friendship.
It goes from hosting people of course to joining the monthly Oslo CS meetings and regular events, grills, parties and so on.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A fantastic experience so far. It sarted when my BF and I landed in Norway for settling down here on March the 20th, 2007.
Celine and Ricard from Oslo were the first to offer us their couch ... and friendship now. They were such great help on our first days here. They also helped us stay at Marianne's and Knut Ole's the following days.
Couchsurfing acquaintances one day, friends now ...What else can I add ?

Music, Movies, and Books

Can be everything and anything except from metal and hard-rock for music, science-fiction for books and movies. I must admit I'm a bit too much down to earth when it comes to science-fiction. Always thinking "this ain't possible", scanning details instead of just enjoying !
Music I could listen to ever and ever again? Michael Buble (I get melted by his songs and similar few old classics, like "Muic to watch girls by" album ), Pink, Enya, Bebe, Melendi, Noir Desir, Alanis Morissette, the Dubliners, Christy Moore and Irish folk music, Clannad, Tom Mcrae, Stereophonics, music of the world ..among others

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- I visited Santa Claus in his homeplace,Rovaniemi. And I can tell that even in the sun of August, he still wears his thick red suit!
- I went for an unplanned week-end trip to Zaragoza(Spain) for my birthday with a girl friend just a few weeks after passing my driving license. If you know how the road Toulouse-Zaragoza looks like (and especially its 8 km dark and tight tunnel), you'll understand the "amazing thing" in it !! I had never had so many songs crossing my mind in such a short time to avoid panicking ; - (

Teach, Learn, Share

We can obviously share our experiences abroad and tips (places to go, places to avoid, does and don't and so on ...)
I can teach Molière, Shakespeare, Cervantes and Dante languages ..and I can now manage basic Norwegian (survival words when living in Norway, like one-time grill, discount, sausage, shrimps..). Please be aware that I can teach you words only.. pronounciation is another story !
Since I love eating and discovering new tastes, we can share local cooking recipes
..and we can for sure share a relaxing moment tasting new chocolate(s ? ) ! there will always be 5 mn for a chocolate break .. so just Indulge ..
