i love to make food for other people, i haven't learn it at school, i a self taught person, i love cooking since my first remember.
i become to be chief there's 3 years ago , it take all my time , it have been hard but great! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since a period i've been hitch hiking and roller skating threw cities all over north europe with a tent , i wasn't thinking to use couch surfing but it have been working without sometimes.

i love the idea but haven't experience it so much, i've been using it only two time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

there's 8 years i have cutt trees in a forest and build a big shelter (20/10 m) , a green house made in wood with twoo room in it, with fruit tree inside and around outside, it's near from the cities i leave , at five kilometers, and only this years i have acquire the place with 10 others people, so it wasn't too much to acquire it.
i have put inside this greenhouse a potter kiln to make pottery but for the moment , my work take me too much time for doing it.
My dream is to have my own restaurant , to make tableware, and put food in it with som of my own vegetable production.
