About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Experience a wild adventure, make a ton of awesome friends and come home with a wild story. The plan is to do it all before some beautiful blonde girl wows me and starts popping out kids!

ABOUT ME

As of right now I am a workin' man. I spend my time hanging out with mentally ill people to assist them in every day things. It can be boring at times, but let's say you really earn your money when clients get upset. (I've got stories that will shock anyone!)

When I'm not working, I spend time with family and friends, usually over a few pints.

I'm a young energetic guy who lives life day to day. Plans are rarely made; I fly at the seat of my pants in everything I do. I'm the kind of guy who can make fun out of anything regardless of how bland or boring it might be. To me the perfect life experience is to do something crazy out of the blue and live to tell the story.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

It took me 2 whole years, but I am now ready to dedicate a considerable amount of time to the couch surfing project. I live by myself in a condo in the culturally rich community of Kensington in northwest Calgary. My place is open for surfers any day of the week, any time of the year. Moreover, I attend the monthly couch surfing meetings for the Calgary group.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed on couches pretty much everywhere in Western Canada, especially on Vancouver Island as I have been apart of Christian mission teams visiting remote communities. Other than that I have spent many nights at friends places.... Sometimes due to a little to much drinky drinky....

I have had a few experiences surfing couches around the world with this project, all of which have been positive.

Interests

Sports, sports and more sports! I love playing floor hockey, basketball, squash, baseball and every other stupid sport that I make up with my friends (my new favorite is backyard tire golf). On top of all that, I am the biggest Calgary Flames fan around. I am always willing to have a discussion about hockey, or any other sports. Maybe someone can explain to me how in the hell you play cricket?!?!?!

I'm also into world history and geography, music, and on top of all that I live to travel.

I am also into trying anything new and unique, so if any of you have any obscure hobbies please share them with me!

Music, Movies, and Books

Offica Space is one of the best movies ever. Also anything with Mel Gibson and Eddie Murphy definately appeal to my taste.

I love all kinds of music. Everything from Rock to classical. Of course, like everyone, there has to be an exception and that is rap. Right now I am really on a Live kick, I think they are pretty fantastic!
