About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I am a current student of the Lighten Up philosophy.

ABOUT ME

I was taught at a young age to construct intelligent discussions. I was challenged daily by my father to a rousing political debate. Neither of us ever won.

My mom used to take me along to her choir practice, where I absorbed the sounds of voices, harmonies, and piano. While the choir practiced in a small florescent room, I drew pictures of horses I saw in a book.

I was often told to take a break from my dimly lit room as I entertained myself by reading stories well into the day. And at night my mom would lay in bed and read me her favorite Nancy Drew, or my favorite stories about Princesses and Goblins. I could always smell her breath when she read, and it was reliably the same each time.

PHILOSOPHY

Tie up loose ends. Be SINCERELY nice. Work hard.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One time, I was driving through an empty Utah and came upon a herd of cattle that took up the entire road. The cowboy in charge motioned me to continue on through and for a few minutes I was surrounded by big cows and little cows all trying to get a piece of my car. I was humbled and scared.
