ABOUT ME

Would be interested in trading emails / phone calls with soon to be visitors of one one of the most overlooked city in the world. Pittsburgh PA, The city of bridges. I live in Mt Washington, which is an urban neighborhood most known for specatular city views. I am single and live alone in a 2 bedroom / 1 1/2 bath house. I am within 1 mile (15 min walk) of Grandview Avenue which boasts an incredible panoramic view,and the Incline, a funicular rail car which takes you right to the city center.

I live right on the bus line which also yakes you into the city. If renting a car, I have off street parking and am just minutes from anywhere.

I consider myself to be a great host and have a passion for meeting new and interesting people from other parts of the world who are open minded and enjoy great conversation as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

The way I would initially like to participate is to begin with with some dialouge with emails, and phone calls, so that we can both get a solid undersatnding of eachother. Then I would prefer to meet someone in a public location. Perhaps right here in Mt Washington...Pittsburgh's most famous tourist attraction. If we hit if off after all of that then enjoy a restful stay in a completeley remodled house in your own full sized bed with soft jersey sheets and foam matress.

Interests

I would especially like to host spanish speaking individulas so that I can practice my spanish skills. Although, I am a sucker for an accent of any kind. Especially from the united kingdom or Ireland. Would love to be able to show you all the hidden hotspots of pittsburgh so that you leave here with some insight as to what makes this city so special.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Definitely the nudist beach in San Francisco. Or the hot mud baths in Conestoga CA. Arizona is like none other...The desert is really amazing especially Monument Valley and the petrified forest.
