ABOUT ME

I am a happy person that likes to talk and loves to laugh.
After trying out various vocations such as personal assistant, graveyard worker, dentist's assistant, cook, waitress and translator, I have finally found what I want to do with my life!
Sadly, not everyone in this world understands my fascination with geology, minerals, metamorphism and so on. People tend to take on a certain facial expression whenever I tell them about the latest stuff I learnt during lectures. Their smiles sorta turn.. stiff...

Anyway, I assure you that I am a wonderful person

PHILOSOPHY

Living is being a student of Life, and our learning process about ourselves and others should never cease until the day we die.

Also,I am a christian, so it's hard not to mention the centre piece that my life evolves around; God.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only ever couchsurfed once, and that was for a couple of nights in Reykjavik the summer of 2012.

Music, Movies, and Books

As cheesy as is sounds, I am a big fan of Jane Austen, and I enjoy both reading the books and watching the series/movies.
To me, there's only one mr Darcy, and it's mr Firth in the BBC series of '94. A masterpiece, truly!
If I ain't watching chick flicks I enjoy action and "easy watches". I am not particularly interested in deep drama movies- they only make me cry and feel unhappy. Best movie watched so far this year -Iron Sky

Music I like are of all sorts. I really believe in the power of recognition there! I am the type of person that will sing along whenever I hear music! So if I know the lyrics and can sing along properly- then I like the song, haha! Artists/bands I like ranges from Malena Ernman to U2, Depeche Mode to P.O.D., the Baseballs and Roger Cicero to Samuel Harfst and Rasmus Seebach. Though most of all I love Adele (she's using the right range of notes for me to sing my heart out:)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My number one adrenalin rush is doing a bungee jump when in South America. I was 19 and didn't tell my parents until afterwards.
