ABOUT ME
ALL about me?
Could be a long story.
But long story short: After spending an exchange year in Norway 94/95 I decided to move up to Norway once I'd finished school, since I enjoyed living there.
Haven't regret that choice, yet - and don't think I ever will.
I'm open minded and positive and enjoy learning - there's so much out there!
Therefore I find it interesting to meet new people and go to places I've never been to before and try things I haven't done before.
PHILOSOPHY
We only have one life (at least I don't believe we have more than one) - so we'd better enjoy what we're doing and have fun - no matter what we're doing. Get a job you like, hang with people you like - do what you really want to do. But ensure you do it in a way that doesn't harm others.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've just had my first couchsurfer staying with me!
Lissy Reiner stayed at my place for one night 9th July!
Before that I've had friends back from school staying at my place for a week or two. My family as well. But no one else so far - but I like the concept and think I'll give it a try :)
Interests
Sports:
skiing (telemark/ freeride), snowboarding, hiking, biking, kitesurfing, surfing, volleyball +++ haven't tried one sport yet that I didn't like...
Travel:
To meet other people.
And I really enjoy to walk around in a foreign city, simply observing its people and how they live everyday life.

Music, Movies, and Books
Though life would be lacking something without music and good films, there's no special type I prefer for the other.
I'd normally try everything when it comes to movies, music and books :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Maybe not exactly amazing, but the most important thing for me in my life so far was to have that exchange year back in 94/95. I got a chance to live with a great family and got to know the Norwegian culture from the inside. I really learned a lot that year. I didn't realized it back then to it's full extend. But I really appreciate now that I got that chance.
