Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Balancing work-life with art and travel. I'm producing a comic book/zine about my travels around the world.
ABOUT ME
I have been described as friendly, hard working, and easy going. I love learning absolutely everything!
PHILOSOPHY
I live by the Golden Rule. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Interculutural exchanges are very important to me and in better understanding people. I highly value sharing cultures through ideas, politics, literature, art, philosophy, religion/spirituality, dance - and especially through food! Yum!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I met a number of people in Budapest in 2007 who all offered me their couch in their home countries, so I wasn't able to take advantage of couchsurfing.com until much later. It has always been a wonderful experience!
Interests
Simply put, I am interested in almost everything. I very rarely get bored.
Travelling, drawing, playing music, writing, reading, learning new things, dancing, designing, meeting people, philosophy, anthropology, so much to list!

Music, Movies, and Books
A Trip to the Moon, The Adventures of Picasso, Metropolis, Jean-Pierre Jeunet films, Charlie Chaplin films, Jan Svankmayer films, Brother Quay films, Terry Gilliam films...
I like any type of music. Right now, I am obsessively humming the second movement of Beethoven's 7th Symphony.
Books, books, books - how I love thee!
The People of Paper by Salvador Plascencia
The Inconvenient Indian: A Curious Account of Native People in North America by Thomas King
The Book of Disquiet by Fernando Pessoa
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Best to grab a beer with me and we'll share travel stories!
Teach, Learn, Share
I had a teacher who told me that the best way to learn is to share. Too many people hord their knowledge, jealous that others will do better with it than themselves. But the wheel is constantly reinvented because of sharing.
