ABOUT ME
I have been traveling and working in seasonal jobs such as hostessing, cooking etc for the past 3 years. I have now returned to London to focus on painting. I will be here for the next 3 years and hope to make mini travels.
PHILOSOPHY
Enjoy living, enjoy people and places. Be creative and open minded. Push yourself to achieve everything you want to because it's possible.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
To host couch surfers once I've moved to London in 2013. Or to meet up for a coffee. If people are interested in art then I am always happy to go to some of the many amazing and free galleries in London and show them some of the more hidden ones.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have had two people stay with me in Edinburgh and 3 people to stay at my Dads house. I hope to expeience more. I have friends that have had some brilliant experiences. I have met the local Surrey group and also the London group at NottingHill Carnival. I went to a couchsurfing part in bristol which was great. My Dad has also had some lovely experiences-he introduced me to CSing. My brother has had some lovely CS experiences in Asia, we will be living together soon and hope to host.
Interests
I love painting. I love to visit galleries and museums, read books, be creative. I love to draw. I enjoy cooking, music, especially live music, festival etc. I like to meet new people. I like to ski, swim, run and cycle (when I have the time!) I like poetry, films, and good wine. I enjoy working whilst travelling as I find you get to know a place better.

Music, Movies, and Books
I read lots of books recommended by friends. A personal favorite is 'The house of the spirits' by Isabelle Allende. For non-fiction 'The story of art' By
Gombrich is amazing, an art bible! Movies; I like foreign films, films on artists, fictional history, something a bit challenging or with beautiful scenery/places/people. Music; a huge variety including hot chip, rolling stones, laura marling, bon iver, toots&the maytals, cat power, fat boy slim, fat freddys drop, morcheeba, neil young, jefferson airplane etc
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Travelling in India.
Teach, Learn, Share
I could share my interest in art, and perhaps you will learn something from me. I may also learn something from you too as art is such a diverse subject. I also enjoy cooking and could tech/learn from other people. I am always eager to learn about new cultures and am happy to talk about mine and my experiences. Politics comes into this too, it's interesting to share political opinions.
