ABOUT ME

We're a fun, caring, open minded couple. Here's our story: :-)

Amanda and Uri met in Redding, Connecticut, USA when Uri studied at her little high school as a foreign exchange student for a year. Uri played piano and Amanda played cello in strings class together. One day, Uri got the courage to say to Amanda: "Amanda, do you like me? Because if you don't, I'm going to forget you." Amanda responded: "I'm sorry, I don't think it would work out." 5 years later, Amanda visited her sister in Bologna, Italy and swung over to see her old friend in Barcelona. Whaddya know...they fell in love. 6 months later Amanda picked up her bags, her cello and her dog and moved to Barcelona to live, love, and enjoy life. I guess it did work out after all...

We find ourselves right smack in the middle of life changes (as if they ever stop!). Uri is tired of the cold office life that steals 45 hours a week away from him. He has decided to leave all that behind and study sonology and become a piano tuner! Amanda, after living a year in Barcelona, is really starting to enjoy getting involved in some great music projects. She teaches english to children and LOVES it. Especially coordinating parties for the students and plays to put on for fun! Plus, she loves to cook for people!

After all this time of such "serious study" and being confined to our apartment out of sheer, blissful poorness post-graduation, we're ready to travel again and see the world!

We are completely new to CS and are looking forward to becoming part of the community!
