ABOUT ME

Since 08/30/11 I've been on tour with the North American Broadway tour of Disney's Beauty and the Beast. Currently I am the Retail Sales Manager for the tour, but spent three seasons as the assistant. During the hiatuses and breaks I have for the tour I'm planning to travel to as many places as possible while the money's still coming in :)

I'm fiercely loyal to my friends and family.

Music is my life and traveling is my passion. I'm never without music playing in the background. I like to think I have a personal soundtrack everywhere I go.

I don't like to be around people that don't have any, or settle without, passion in their lives. What's a life without passion? Life is meant to be lived!

Traveling, good music, sumptuous vegan food (yes, it exsits!), great people, and no regrets... what more could you ask for in life?

In January 2011 I decided to become Vegan and haven't regretted it for a second! I'm not one of those preachy types though so you go ahead and have your steak and I'll stick to my yummy veggies :)

I believe that everyone has something to teach you either about them, the world, or yourself.

I'm a killer host and LOVE to surf other people's couches!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Started out hosting Christian who we wanted to keep. Made my way out to Lafayette where I never wanted to leave Gwen, Heather, and her bulldog, aka the love of my life, Gracie (xoxo)

Surfed around the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area for 10 days right before I moved to Nash and had the most amazing weekend with Andrew.

I took a trip to Seattle to see a band I absolutely love and ended up being giving the keys to my host's apartment as he had to leave a day earlier than me. Awesome guy and such a fun group of people he introduced me to!

Got a call from a promotional company in Cincinnati right after the event center I had been working for was having financial issues and surfed the whole three weeks while I was working. I've since fallen in love with this place and every person I've met!

The Immigrant series by Howard Fast is incredible. As is the Children of the Earth series by Jean M. Auel.

Boondock Saints, Fight Club, and High Fidelity are among my long list of my favorite movies. And who doesn't love Disney movies?!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On tour with BATB I was lucky enough to get to go to Anchorage, AK for three weeks and got to go dogsledding with an Iditarod racing team!

I've been to all 50 US states before turning 30.

I worked five summers on the Van's Warped Tour. It was a dream of mine that I got to live and hope to continue for a while.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have an extensive knowledge of Southern California seeing as I lived there for 5 yrs. I'm pretty much an expert on Disneyland trivia and anything Disney related.

I can tie a cherry stem with my tounge. I can speak enough Spanish to get me a beer and a hotel room with a big bed (I slept through a lot of high school Spanish).

I want to learn enough of Italian, Spanish, German, and Japanese to get by.
