HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since I currently live with my parents, I am unable to host people at the moment, but I would love to meet people, attend CS meetings, and show people around Ellicott City if they are interested.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I love Couchsurfing! I was hosted by 7 CSers in Europe and they were all very positive experiences...it is a great way to travel and I hope the philosophy and spirit of couchsurfing continues to grow and become adopted by more people.

I love music, exotic food, church signs, animals, people, nature, swimming, friends, reading, hiking...the list goes on.

At home, I grew up with a father who was an excellent banjo player so Bluegrass is special to me. I love rock bands such as The Shins, The Velvet Underground, and Sufjan Stevens. Any music that I can shake my booty to is great! My favorite movies are probably The Royal Tennenbaums and Bottlerocket. I love all types of books except maybe science fiction and fantasy. D.H. Lawrence, Charles Bukowski, Flannery O'Conner, and Sartre are my favorite authors at the moment (what a crazy mix..)

I have seen a glimpse of the northern lights once, and my sister thought it was an alien attack! That's probably not the most amazing thing I've ever seen, but I'll have to give that question more thought.
