Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To spread a new concept of the traveling American.
ABOUT ME
I've traveled and moved around since I was very young. In 2006 I traveled for almost eight months in South America and Africa and last year I spent five months in Europe and Morocco.
I like to volunteer at orphanages for a couple of weeks on each trip and so far have done this in Tanzania and Albania.
It appears that there is no regulation of orphanages, something like a branch of the United Nations, to oversee orphanages. Children in many countries suffer.
I'm a woman in her 50's who wants to see as much of the world as I can in the next few years. I've taught children (2nd and 4th grade) and cared for many babies (have two sons and a granddaughter).
