About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To gain as much perspective as possible. I want to take in how others see the world and simply to learn as much as I can.

ABOUT ME

I'm not much of a talker but I like to listen and ask questions.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As a host, all I can share, beyond a couch, would be conversation, experience, and familiarity with New York City.
As a guest, I'm also fastidiously clean and conscientious. I'm also pretty good with my hands and in the kitchen.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been fortunate to host some wonderful people so far through this site and look forward to hosting and being hosted by many more.

Interests

That'd be a long list.

  • cooking
  • vegetarian
  • vegan

Music, Movies, and Books

There's no shortage of writers and artists I love: William Gaddis, Flannery O'Conner, Carson McCullers, James Joyce, Ken Schles, Cai Guo-Qiang, Martin Parr, and Erik Kessels are just a few. I'm a big Ramones fan, too.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a pretty good vegetarian/vegan cook, and am also good with cameras and computers, if yours are giving you trouble. Some people also find New York to be difficult, and hope I could help someone have an enjoyable stay here regardless.
