Fascinated by the day to day life of every day people, different regions, religions, languages, dances, music. I enjoy chatting to most people because I always feel I can learn something and I like to share life's experiences. I like the variety of being sometimes really active and outgoing, laughing loudly, going to festivals, snowboarding. But I also enjoy having quiet time, a peaceful drive in silence, creating something, reading, walking in nature, yoga, gardening, learning Japanese, designing computer games. I'm an active relaxer.

I enjoy indie films and documentaries. The last memorable book I read was The Psychology of Flow by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. I like the mystics like Rumi and Lao Tzu. Comedians like Russell Brand. Photography books. Lots of pictures.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Staying in Eastern Japan after the Tsunami and seeing the Earth's powerful force like I could never have imagined. Feeling the open hearts of the hosts.
