ABOUT ME

Hello, I'm 31. I'm hoping to cycle from Amsterdam to Rome. I've just come back from living in China. I was there for 1:5 years.
After my cycle I hope to focus on boxing training.

PHILOSOPHY

I know life is very special, and very quick, so I'm keen to do as much as I can with mine. I am not particularly religious but I respect all religions and peoples beliefs. I am very happy for people to be who they want to be. My favourite quote that I always try to aspire to is, " It's better to die on your feet than live forever on your knees."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would love to initiate myself into the world of couch surfing by combining my cycle with the hospitality of European couch surfers. It would be a good way to make friends along the way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never done couch surfing before but I love the atmosphere when staying at hostels and can only hope couch surfing is as cool.
I've had a couch surfer come stay with me for 1 week and it was an awesome time.

Interests

I enjoy all sports. I like playing them and watching them. I do Muay Thai kick boxing. I love traveling to new places and meeting cool people. I love trying new things. I particulary enjoy going to the theatre.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourites bands are Simon and Garfunkle and Fleetwood Mac.I enjoy reading true life and fictional adventure stories. One of my favourite novels is The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've done a bit of Hiking along the Great Wall of China. That was pretty amazing.
